Fur Pieces

These are pieces of fur that we cannot use in our manufacturing for various reasons, e.g. holes in the fur, furless, tails, too fragile or hard skin. Each bag contains 5 different pieces.

The fur pieces can be used e.g. as a distraction scent in different types of nose work, in enrichment tracks etc. It can also be an excellent way to test your dog's interest in different furs before you buy a toy. We recommend placing each skin in e.g. an empty (clean) spice jar or similar, so that the dog can smell the scent, but not chew on the skin.

Size
The pieces come in varying sizes, L can have a width of e.g. 10 x 8 cm or 20 x 3 cm. S can be e.g. 5 x 5 cm or 2 x 10 cm. These are example measurements, to give an idea of ​​the size difference.

We send unsorted pieces, i.e. it is not possible to request no furless pieces or specific dimensions (more than choosing S or L). However, you can choose which fur types you want, e.g. ”5 beavers” or ”1 fox + 1 badger + 1 deer + 2 wild boar” etc. If you do not specify a request, we will send a mix (5 different furs).

The skins are marked with a number so that you know which fur is which:
