Doggie-Zen protects your personal integrity. This data protection policy will explain how Doggie-Zen collects and uses your personal data. It also states your rights against us. You can always contact us with questions regarding data protecion at info@doggie-zen.se
What is a use of personal data?
Personal data is all kinds of information that directly or indirectly can be linked to a person, e.g. name, address, e-mail, phone number etc.
A use of personal data is everythong that is done with it, e.g. collecting, processing, changing, storing, reading, deleting.
Collecting personal data?
We receive certain personal data from you when you for example create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, buy a product or contact our customer service.
What do we do with your personal data?
All data are used to provide, fulfill and improve Doggie-Zen services.

Depending on the nature of the e-mail conversation. E-mails regarding returns, defected products etc. becomes part of your order and are saved for 7 years (accounting law). Other e-mails are saved for 3-12 months depending on its nature. |

Who will we share your data with?
Sometimes we will need to share your data with external parties, e.g. suppliers to Doggie-Zen or authorities that by law has rights to the data.
Suppliers and collaborators
Your personal data will sometimes be shared with our suppliers, e.g. IT services for storing, logistical companies to send your order, payment partners for payment of your order. You are always welcome to contact us if you want to get more detailed information about which external parties that will get your information.
Authorities
When national or European law reguired it, we can share your data with certain authorities.
What are your rights?
Gällande dataskyddslagstiftning ger dig ett antal rättigheter när dina personuppgifter behandlas. Nedan finner du en kortare beskrivning av dom. Vilka rättigheter du har kan variera beroende på varför vi behandlar dina uppgifter.
Rätt att ta tillbaka ditt samtycke
I de fall vår behandling av dina uppgifter grundar sig på ditt samtycke har du alltid rätt att ta tillbaka ditt samtycke. Detta gör du lättast genom att kontakta oss på info@doggie-zen.se
Rätt till tillgång (s.k. registerutdrag)
Du har rätt att få en bekräftelse från Doggie-Zen om vi behandlar personuppgifter som rör dig och få information om behandlingen om så är fallet. Du har även rätt att begära ut en kopia av de personuppgifter vi lagrat utan kostnad.
Rätt till rättelse
Du har i vissa fall rätt att kräva att Doggie-Zen korrigerar uppgifter om dig som du anser vara felaktiga eller ofullständiga.
Rätt till invändning
Du har i vissa fall rätt att invända mot Doggie-Zens behandling av dina personuppgifter. I alla de fall som vi behandlar dina uppgifter med stöd av ett berättigat intresse hos Doggie-Zen (enligt vad som framgår i tabellen ovan) har du möjlighet att invända mot behandlingen. Om du invänder mot behandling av dina personuppgifter kommer vi att upphöra med behandlingen av dina uppgifter om din invändning väger tyngre än vårt berättigade intresse.
Rätt till begränsning
Du har i vissa fall rätt att begära att Doggie-Zen begränsar behandlingen av dina personuppgifter. Detta gäller om du till exempel bestrider att personuppgifterna vi behandlar är korrekta. Då kan du begära en begränsning av behandlingen under den tid som vi behöver för att kontrollera om personuppgifterna är korrekta. I så fall får vi enbart (vid sidan av själva lagringen) behandla uppgifterna vid ditt godkännande. Det gäller med undantag för att fastställa, göra gällande eller försvara rättsliga anspråk, för att skydda någon annans rättighet eller för att skydda ett viktigt allmänintresse.
Rätt till begränsning
Du har i vissa fall rätt att begära att Doggie-Zen raderar dina personuppgifter. Det gäller bland annat i följande fall:
- Om uppgifterna inte längre är nödvändiga för de syften som de samlades in för.
- Om du återkallar ditt samtycke och vi av andra skäl inte längre behöver behålla dina uppgifter.
- Om du invänder mot en intresseavvägning och ditt skäl för invändning väger tyngre än vårt berättigade intresse.
- Om dina uppgifter behandlas på ett olagligt sätt.
- Om dina uppgifter måste raderas med stöd av en rättslig förpliktelse.
Notera att det kan finnas en skyldighet för oss att spara dina uppgifter ändå, exempelvis på grund av ett avtal med dig eller legala krav. Vi kommer då enbart att spara dina uppgifter för detta syfte och inte använda dem för andra ändamål.
